Having worked at Fragomen for nearly 3 years , I can confidently say that the work culture here stands out positively. It’s is distinct from other companies fostering a friendly and supportive environment. The company’s policies such as gym reimbursements and vacation allowances are considerate to employees’ needs. However, one areathat could use improvement is the performance appraisal process. While company support personal and professional growth, it seems there is a lack of recognition of employees who put an extra effort and strive to excel. A stronger emphasis on acknowledging the dedication and hard work would greatly enhance the motivational climate. Overall, Fragomen is an excellent place to work , with positive atmosphere and fair policies. Addressing the concerns around performance recognition would make it even more fulfilling place for all employees....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
