Having worked at Fragomen for nearly 3 years , I can confidently say that the work culture here stands out positively. It’s is distinct from other companies fostering a friendly and supportive environment. The company’s policies such as gym reimbursements and vacation allowances are considerate to employees’ needs. However, one areathat could use improvement is the performance appraisal process. While company support personal and professional growth, it seems there is a lack of recognition of employees who put an extra effort and strive to excel. A stronger emphasis on acknowledging the dedication and hard work would greatly enhance the motivational climate.
