Having worked at Fragomen for nearly 3 years , I can confidently say that the work culture here stands out positively. It’s is distinct from other companies fostering a friendly and supportive environment. The company’s policies such as gym reimbursements and vacation allowances are considerate to employees’ needs. However, one area that could use improvement is the performance appraisal process. While company support personal and professional growth, it seems there is a lack of recognition of employees who put an extra effort and strive to excel. A stronger emphasis on acknowledging the dedication and hard work would greatly enhance the motivational climate. Overall, Fragomen is an excellent place to work , with positive atmosphere and fair policies. Some people may try to exploit you at your initial stage , which could be expected at any corporate field. Do your work and don't fall for manipulations.

I love working here. There are times when you feel exhausted, frustrated and all but every work done here matters a lot to the management and is properly paid off. Teammates are super supportive and you get to learn new things almost every day
