It's not 1 think to how bad behaviour off company senior persons. It was horrible journey in the fox. Just describe few things below. 1. Here HR could not support to Empolye.If your senior person have made mistakes, but Hr told to employee you sad sorry then join to work ,if you not said sorry they was terminate. 2. If you work in big project, senior person wants to did not take a single week off in 45 days, If you not well , they told on call take a medicines and go to side. 3. Its labour rule you can not work more than 15 days on site witout single week off, but mangment will be force to employee you will work 16 -18 hr on a day but did not take week off. 4.Here Enginner not a person ,here Engineer is a Donky and work Engineer as donky. 5.If customer have a argent requirement for Engineer they Send by flight. & Engineer have a Emergency then they send back to Engineer by train without pantry train. 6.I was Emergency, My grandmother was Expire , Aslo my douther aslo not well, and Persnoly I was taken saline in hospital.i have to much emergency to reach home.but Senior persons book for me train its 30 hrs travel, aslo train was not dropping me at pune ,its droping me in mumbai, after reaching in mumbai mangers called go to borivali and travel pune through bus, I was not able to stand on my feet. Some people are polite and understandable. If you are lucky enough you can get a abroad project chance .

Dislikes

People take some issues on their personal ego. If you take a stand at something some of managers take it at personal level. Does not allow leave at some times and it won't give any compensations for leave balance. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign if you do so there are lots of hurdles that make while releaving.

Work Details

Terrible. Office start time is fixed but closing time is not fixed sometime have to work till 9.00 PM. No work culture for a 25 years old organization.
