1) no infrastructure 2) very old machines 3) very old computers,chairs,tables 4) no commitment from management for any improvement and development 5) leaking roofs 6) unrepaired shutters 7) no design engineer 8) etc ....

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
