Likes

Good colleagues however, in India, the culture is highly diluted. Senior management lacks vision, they are pulling the brand name down. There is no 100% resolution on guest complaints. Club members are withdrawing membership!

Dislikes

No growth opportunity, senior management works on bureaucracy. There is NO teamwork!

Work Details

Zero work life balance. No recognition of work. Biased & opinionated GM & Hotel Manager, who lack ‘Four Seasons’ values. Both are working towards closing down the hotel.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
