Great people, supportive peers, a great leadership team with a clear vision, and most importantly your opinions are valued irrespective of your function and level. Couldn't ask for a better place to experiment new things. If autonomy is what excites you, I'll highly recommend working with Forward.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
