Dislikes

Growth is stagnant. Lot of group favourisam at administrative level by language. Cast etc. No proper leaves approval. Leaves get lapse. Wroked 6 month without leaves since no staff diploid to get leave. Vary poor pay structure for senior staff. No proper uprisal ,bounas, incriminate. Manger not value individual skills.extended working hours and no payment for it.
