Depends totally on your reporting manager. If he is supporting you then expect a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and family spirit just to say. It does not reflect ever in the actions of the company. No growth in the organisation even after years you will be doing the same thing in the organisation. No new learnings for junior only focus daily on the orders and do not expect much in return even if the company performance is excellent. Appraisal are around constant every year. Dislikes

The worst part about Forbes Marshall is the pay - salary as well as the non-clarity of Variable Component during Salary Negotiation stage.
