Work load. No work life balance. Employee is treated like a servant. Very rude behaviour with employees. Employees opinions and ideas doesn't matters to them. Too much penalties are tere if you made any mistake during your work then either you have to hear very bad words or you have to pay penalties. Salary comes on 10th of the month which is too late. MD treat employees like servant , talk very rudely, I can't share words here. Even old employees are not getting respect there. No promotion is there even after you work 5 yr or 10 yr.
