1. We will have a good learning in Technical and will face lot of challenges that will help us to grow. 2. It is small in terms of size only otherwise, it is very big in terms of politically and other nonsenses. 3. The rules and regulations are not uniform they will change it based on time, person and their need. 4. There wasn't any uniform rules and regulations in the organisation, it will differ based on the time and person, mostly surrounded by political vibes. Typical Indian gossiping Organization. They won't give Apparaisal properly and will postpone such things regularly and they also don't provide you the performance Bonus mentioned in your CTC offer even for once
