1. We will have a good learning in Technical and will face lot of challenges that will help us to grow. 2. It is small in terms of size only otherwise, it is very big in terms of politically and other nonsenses. 3. The rules and regulations are not uniform they will change it based on time, person and their need. 4. They will use us till over last minute and don't give us anything even the experience letter after decide to leave the company. 5. The Organization don't have any facilities like PF, insurance, cafeteria and other benefits. 6. They won't give you the performance Bonus mentioned in the CTC and they also won't give anyone the appraisal and increment.

There wasn't any uniform rules and regulations in the organisation, it will differ based on the time and person, mostly surrounded by political vibes. Typical Indian gossiping Organization. They won't give Apparaisal properly and will postpone such things regularly and they also don't provide you the performance Bonus mentioned in your CTC offer even for once
