Just after three months of joining you will release there no single thing to like there is not a company.

There is no work culture. Bond system they make because they know because they know,employees will know the company with in two months and then he have no option. If you want to leave the company they will impose return three months salary to company. Just initially can feel you are in good company but within two to three months will realise.
