Worst company ever. Freshers they will hire on contracts bases. Beginning 8hours they will tell. From 2nd day 12-14hours you will be working. Poor management. Manger Vinod and saran is worst people even after login they will make you to work for 4-6hours a day.. If we tell anything they will tell I will fire you. They will force you to work on Sunday and Saturday..

First day it will be 8 hours from 2nd day login timings will be increased. 12-14hours a day no allowance.. Manager Anand and Saran is worst 👎. Even after log out they will force you to login.. It is the worst company ever. They made some of the tutors (full-time) move into freelancing (part-time) by threatening to terminate them if they did not join the freelancing. They made a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), which itself is a fraud by them. They are putting the tutors into the PIP by identifying very minor mistakes of the tutors. They want all the tutors to join the freelancing as they don't want to pay for their salaries. This company is losing projects even if you check social media and all the reviews from American student parents; they are also saying wrong things about this company as it lacks qualified employees in higher authorities.
