This is the worst organization which has a worst work culture, they won't give you lives even if your family members passes away. Two of my family members passes away just in a span of 2 months may and July, I need to take a leaves in those days , as I took leaves they asked me to resign from the company.

Dislikes

Even though your family members passesaway you should take leaves and you need to still work for the day.

I have been working here for 3 years. I really love this organization. I have learnt many things here. If you have enough skills and if you perform well, definitely you will get a good promotion. I will give the surity for this. In my POV, politics will not be there. If you have the capability, you can easily get promoted. And you will get the salary within one week. I didn't see any delay in receiving my salary. Most of the time, it wil be credited in the 4th to 6th day of the month. As a tutor, you can't learn so many things. You will be doing the repeated things during session. But once you got promoted to another position, you can learn many things and you can improve your communication skills....Read More

Dislikes

The only one thing what I hate here is night shift. If you are not okay with night shift, dont apply for the position of online tutor. It is permanent night shift. Your working hours will be decided by hight authorities. You can't decide your preferred working time.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
