Team Lead - C#/.Net (6-10 yrs)

FEV is currently hiring for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead with a strong background in C#, . NET, TypeScript, and React to join our dynamic development team.

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

You will lead a team of talented engineers, mentor them in best practices, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining a hands-on approach in solving technical challenges.

This role requires a balance of technical leadership, hands-on coding, and effective team collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software design, architecture, and coding standards.

- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, actively participating in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting when necessary.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to ensure smooth integration and project success.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced development methodologies, ensuring the team continuously improves in productivity and quality.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide progress updates, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to technical challenges.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Act as a thought leader in modern development practices and drive the team's adoption of best-in-class tools and frameworks.

Required skills & experience :

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#, .NET (preferably .NET Core), and TypeScript.

- Proven experience in developing modern web applications using React and integrating with back-end APIs.

- Solid experience with RESTful services, microservices architecture, and working with relational databases (e.g , SQL Server).

- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions, articulate ideas, and resolve conflicts within the team.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About you :

- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with containerization (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to GraphQL and modern state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in both client-side and server-side applications.

- Prior experience in leading distributed or remote teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
