The whole company is a big big disappointment to me or any person who may be coming here to work. If you are coming here from a distance, Please do not come here to ruin your life and money and Please go for any other job. They are just big fraudulent who takes money from client and never deliver there work. They don’t care about som eone’s hard earned money. As an Employee I was so disheartened and helpless working there. So much of micromanagement and hell toxic environment. I was too depressing to be working there. They hire people for a while and just throw them away giving silly reasons. The company is the worst. If you want to waste your time and money this is the company. They will not pay you salary. HR will find all the minute problems to delay your salary. And even if you clarify it, they will not respond until they find another issue not to pay your compensation—a terrible working environment....Read More

They hold your half salary for the first month,tell the employees that this half salary will be received once we serve the notice period,after the employees has served notice they hold employee's last month salary + half salary of the first month,they will not give joining letter,relieving le tter,they will expect a fresher to complete a project on its own,their are no technical managers,people with absolute 0 technical knowledge are running the company,they will make your life hell while you are working in the company</mark>. They ask the client for token money after showing the design and after receiving the token the project never gets completed All in all its a fraud company,even if you are unemployed for 5 years and get an offer from flyweis technology think 100 times before joining Interview process-They will ask some googled questions and select you because people have 0 knowledge of tech in the company and when such people run a company they will tell you to complete an impossible task in an impossible timeline...Read More
