Flyweis is an leading company in App and software development, I worked here since last 8 months and the Managers are very supportive. They are providing their employees increment within 6 months. There are no restrictions and working environment is cool.  Pros : Supportive Management, Thinking about their employees need, Fully growth company. Cons: Nothing according to me.

1. Very Bad Work Culture 2. They don't know how to run a IT company According to them most and the important work of project is done on frontend and on backend we just have to do crud operations. 3. They're not ready to accept suggestions. 4. They don't let developers talk to client for project feature specifications. The marketing team asks all the features of project from client and then tells us their wrong interpretation of those feature. After we have developed those wrongly interpreted features we are told that because we haven't built and developed apps correctly work is being delayed....Read More
