It's my first company that learn me a lot. I am here since 8 months and it was a great time with Flyweis Family. We never feel as we are working under a CEO it feels like we are doing job for our own company. Environment and Working culture is very nice. There is no issue with timings. Lot of opportunity are given to us in this organization so really very happy by doing job in this company.

They hold your half salary for the first month,tell the employees that this half salary will be received once we serve the notice period,after the employees has served notice they hold employee's last month salary + half salary of the first month,they will not give joining letter,relieving letter,they will expect a fresher to complete a project on its own,their are no technical managers,people with absolute 0 technical knowledge are running the company,they will make your life hell while you are working in the company. They ask the client for token money after showing the design and after receiving the token the project never gets completed All in all its a fraud company,even if you are unemployed for 5 years and get an offer from flyweis technology think 100 times before joining Interview process-They will ask some googled questions and select you because people have 0 knowledge of tech in the company and when such people run a company they will tell you to complete an impossible task in an impossible timeline...Read More
