There's lot of politics going in company, there is no respect for hard work and discipline, every senior want to adjust there own people in company and want to remove experienced and hard working staff, very bad behaviour in company.

Never join flyjac now, especially sea export department, i repeat. you will curse your life if you are in sea exports, team leader is mashaallah, she will make you work even on weekends and ask you to copy her nonsensical workstyle
