Never join flyjac now, especially sea export department, i repeat. you will curse your life if you are in sea exports, team leader is mashaallah, she will make you work even on weekends and ask you to copy her nonsensical workstyle

I like the work environment here and it is an employee oriented company. Lot of freedom to work as per your way of working and the senior management is approachable and are ready to support you at any given time.

Salary structure is not at par to the industry standard at all the level. Growth is very slow and additional responsibilities are given only to the employees at coprorate office or those who belongs to south or closely connected with Top levels Employees.

If someboday has good relation with senior management, no matters whether he has skill in their assigned responsibilities or not. Morethan costomer delight, seniors has to delight, showing the big policies but all are subject to seniors decesion. Policy are just made to show.....

Senior management are not involved with ground team till first lavel team leaders. No skills evaluation being done only relation are matters. Againg degrees are no matters only relation are matters. Insted of putting skilled leaders Senior are fittings their personal man to supervision resulting customer faith loose and 3-4 profitable business are gone to other 3pl
