Never work on this organization. Unnecessary they deduct the salary and salary date is 15th date or more.

Exotic work environment. 2 years bond for fresher. 1 year bond after increment. Only company policy not think about employee. They treat employee as labour. Salary hold and deduction happens here.

1. This company won't provide any offer letter at first after joining once 45 days completed then they will provide but employees has to ask the HR for offer letter 2. Unnecessary deductions in the salary they don't explain why they are deducting. 3. No professionalism 4.Notice period 6 0 working days it may be extended. 5. No proper leave policy 6. Everything including Salary structure, fake promises, training process is zero, environment inside, no facilities, AC issue, system issue, management holds documents with no reason, holding and deducting salary with meaningless reason and many more things.... Being honest they can do mu ch much and much more better and can earn good respect because some of the members are really giving their efforts in growth but due to some reasons employees are being unhappy.... Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike, bonus every year more party 🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Worst Management of all times. You start office on time but they ask you to work late night almost every day. Even if you finish your work on time, you are given more work that is also to be completed immediately always so you have to work late for that as well. After all this at the time of appraisal you are told that you are not ef ficient enough so you won't get a good or any raise<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. And after separation you can forget about fnf and pending salary</mark>. So many people leave without experience latter.
