I strongly advise against considering this company as an employer. The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. No professionalism 4.Notice period 60 working days it may be extended. 5. No proper leave policy 6. Management is Not good in this company. 7. They say Notice period salary will be paid after 45 days of relieving after that they don't even respond to calls 8. Be think yourself before joining in this company. 9. If you are doing WFH they don't provide any Hardware to you.

... FNF (Full n Final Settlement) amount to their employee after leave the company. My Salary is also pending since july 2022. Fluper gives threat for spoil your verification in other company if you try get your dues. This rule is applicable to all who leave this company.

...are told that you are not efficient enough so you won't get a good or any raise. And after separation you can forget about fnf and pending salary. So many people leave without experience latter. After all that they might call you after months of separation saying you with out any notice and they will file FIR against you. So if you go there to join do so on your own risk. You've been warned.
