Company didn't even provide a single cup of tea or coffee. FNF not provided. The CEO seems focused only on finding reasons to deduct salaries. Very poor code quality. EPF and TDS amounts are regularly deducted from employees salaries but the company fail to deposit these amounts with the respective government authorities. Many employees are terminated after 45 days of joining without receiving any salary. Company unfairly deducts amount from employees salaries to cover EMI's for its own mahindra scorpio.

This company is undoubtedly one of the worst places to work as an employee. There are no redeeming qualities to be found here. What's more, it's apparent that the company is resorting to self-promotion by commenting on its own posts to improve its tarnished reputation. I urge everyone to steer clear of this organization and seek an employer that genuinely values its employees and maintains transparency in its actions.

The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. It's imperative to steer clear of this company and seek a workplace where your well-being and professional growth are genuinely valued.

... FNF (Full n Final Settlement) amount to their employee after leave the company. My Salary is also pending since july 2022. Fluper gives threat for spoil your verification in other company if you try get your dues. This rule is applicable to all who leave this company.
