1. Work culture is terrible with extreme pressure after 1 (experienced) to 3 (fresher) months of joining 2. HR (pk sharma) is the one who run this company, also pk has not completed his MBA(farzi degree wala) 3. Increment is based on party politics with the extreme interference of HR (pk sharma). 4. Toxic environment 5. Level of degree considered to be supreme is ITI (btech ,mtech these all are useless degrees here) 6. I worked in design dept. - main work is creating GAD(general assy. drawing) and Base Frame drawings. 7. Even the owner of the company knows everything. this is the one of the company of india in which one has to buy and drink tea. Nothing employers benefits. 3rd class employers Medical Insurance. Company and Managements no worriers about employes.
