Nothing they don't have proper work ethics and the hr team is not worth of and they are rude and they don't understand the problem of employee and they only support the leaders ND without informing or sending any warming mail they have removed many employees with no reason they is not growth in this company

Dislikes

The Hr and the team leaders of inside sales are very rude and they don't understand employees problem when we say it to Hr about this they say every organization is the same the hr are not supportive to the employee and I feel. They is no growth in this company

The incentive Percentage are just awesome for executives.

Dislikes

There should not be any incentive percentage fixed for managers. Because their targets are also big. So, sometimes it quite tough reach that number to gain incentive.
