Let's go pointer wise : - Manager can damage your hearing. - HR Says, we are with you, but never responds call - Product is weak - Service is weak - MIS is weak - Everything is in Gurgaon, loosing on regional capabilities - They say you are "Regional Manager" but region limits to city - Travel is asked, but not approved - Axis's 100% subsidiary, but FreeCharge has no plan to utilize Axis Bank's mediums - Management does not move from Base locations - Gurgaon & Bangalore.
