I have 6 years & 5 months of experience in Flipkart as a data entry operator at the packaging Store department. Two times passed the Flipkart Flipahead examination. HR selected but the department not selected because manager higher own releted. So, I don't like this shameless policy.

Giving PAN india projects and ask to deliver with less timelines and don't care even in case of medical emergency, I was asked to attend meeting when my daughter was admitted, On Saturday we were having week off my Manager Ajit Nair, he called me on Saturday and said why didn't you attend meeting on Saturday and asked with whose permission you took week off

Process Optimization needs to be done on an active basis and Reworking should be eradicated at operational level. Need to reduce long working hours even beyond the schedule working time for Operations handled category for cross functional Facilities management!
