Its a very good company to work with work life balance. Appraisal depends on the Managers. Don't join as contractor they will not make you on roll employee. They will get what they want from you but no benefits for contractors, only benefit for contractors are encouragement and appreciation from your team members, it too depend on the team. Lay off happens in 2018 its very worst process l. They will not give you anytime or nothing just throw you out if they dont need you....Read More
