Here at senior management level people complete average 13-15 years and now they became each other's buddies and now they ruling and oppressive juniors. In Covid lot of senior management left and new director and VPs prmote there shoe licking basterds. Don't join manager here thing they are king and have huge ego. If you are Telented person then it is will be nightmare for you and if you are SOP guy then it is best for you. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes.
