Nothing, not even a single thing is good to be praise. It's a fraud company need to work on professionalism. Company's budget is very low to pay salary so they use strategy of pressurizing the associate so that they should leave company by themselves.

Dislikes

FFSPL is a worst and fraud company ever work. Shivika Malik-HR and Operations Manager she is very rude and don't have manners how to speak with associates she just just do work of giving mental stress, torturing and pressurizing the associates her behaviour is very unprofessional. The whole management is worst nothing is worth it working here. They hire associates for the profile of Back office Operations and give them copy pasting work and personal assistance work. Don't join this company by looking at there reviews all reviews are also fake, the manager itself takes the phone of associate and write reviews by his own rating 5 star so as to maintain the ratings and reputation of the company. They take money from clients and ignore them all websites are same they call clients from different different websites FiveVidya, Chanakya Research, Thesis India and many more all are same. Please don't join this company it's a waste of time working here 🙏🙏...Read More

The office environment is nice with the colleague. The location and working days are good.

Dislikes

The work culture and the way the team leaders treat their employees as if they are working because of loans. The training is half done and look for 100% result stressing out the employees The company is trying to reduce its budget by firing employees so that they could work on long term. If you are looking for loyal company where their services is true and also to its employees don't pick this.

I have been associated with the company since 2012 and have worked as a freelancer and later as a full time employee. The company offers flexibility as I am a mother of two and yet have been able to manage my home and have been able to pursue my career due to the flexibility and trust given by the company in me. The company has grown from strength to strength till today.

Dislikes

You cannot predict the work volume here. Some weeks are lazy and some weeks are insane. As a team member here, I think the company expects you to sail through work storms.

The work is interesting and does not make you bore. I could improve my abilities on speaking with different people, working with different team members, I travelled to Bangalore and Delhi during my training tenure and met so many team mates. Liked the experience.

Dislikes

The work is complex and not easy. You have to understand and work around on so many web panels which is kind of overwhelming.

I worked in this company from 2016 to 2022 and have grown in my skills and abilities beyond what I could image when I started. I started with just 2 years experience in this company as sales executive and with promotions, I was leading a team of 23 client relationship executives by the end of my stint in this company. Company offers a whole lot of learning and growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Every company has some negatives and one of the negative of this company is the amount of work on your head. The work gets too much on some days in the month. The office location was a bit far from my location which was a hassle for me.

Offsites and office parties happen only once in 3-4 months which should happen every month.
