One of the most disrespectful companies I have worked for is where Sahil Bansal thinks he is running a huge business, but in reality, he is exploiting the skills of the individuals.

Dislikes

Taru Agrawal will soon lead this company to bankruptcy, just as he did with White Hat Jr. He seems to have fake IIM degrees. They even force their employees to work and meet targets in the middle of the night at Fitelo.

The working culture is absolutely great, everyone in very helpful and very understanding. It's fun to work at Fitelo. One gets to learn many manyyy new things and yes, won't deny that there's work load but the environment that we work in helps overcome it. So as a whole it is actually great working in Fitelo

It's been 2.5 months for me working at fitelo but still there's nothing that I dislike. It's going great and I hope it continues that way

The culture is really good. Everyone is helping so even if work pressure can be there sometime, you team is always there to support you. Senior are good, you can reach out to them anytime you face any issues with the work.

There is everything to love about Fitelo and it’s been 6 months already that I am working here😇… it’s my first job and I can’t believe it will be that comfortable and enjoyable for me, I am very grateful to my HR, Seniors, and fellow colleagues who are always there to guide me.
