The digital marketing course offers live Projects that provide a new perspective on the topic. My only concern is the 15000 fee which I think is a little high.

Promotions are a rare occurrence, and favoritism is rampant. You won't get ahead unless you're part of the inner circle.
They promise growth opportunities, but they are nonexistent. I felt stagnant during my entire tenure. The pressure to work in the office despite available remote options shows a blatant disregard for employee comfort. HR is unresponsive and often ignores complaints. The office vibe is heavy; people are afraid to share their ideas. Their conservative approach makes collaboration difficult.

After being laid off, the HR team ghosted me. Zero support during a tough time. Unapproachable leaders, no motivation to excel, and constant fear of dismissal.
This company preaches inclusivity but fails to follow through. The reality is a narrow-minded approach to diversity. Unreasonable workloads combined with poor communication lead to burnout. I was expected to work weekends without any notice. It’s so unprofessional. The office culture is suffocating. Instead of promoting a positive environment, they create a sense of fear and anxiety among staff.

The company's processes are overly complicated and hinder productivity. The work environment is toxic, with constant blame-shifting and no accountability from higher-ups.
Contractors are used and discarded. You’ll do all the heavy lifting but won’t see any of the benefits that full-time employees enjoy. Work-life balance is a joke; it’s all about the company and nothing about the employees. They only care about profits, not their employees. The overall culture is stagnant; no excitement or passion for the work.

I expected a fair process but was met with frustration and bias. They need to seriously rethink their approach.
Performance reviews are often subjective and lack constructive criticism. The management is disorganized and doesn't provide clear direction. They don’t communicate about your role, and then you’re expected to deliver on tasks you didn’t even sign up for. Working here has been a nightmare. Constant stress and zero appreciation for hard work have driven many good people away. The expectations are unrealistic, and there’s no reward for hard work. It’s incredibly demotivating....Read More

There’s no clear path for advancement. You’re stuck in the same position indefinitely. Frequent weekend calls make it impossible to disconnect and recharge.
They preach about work-life balance, but you’ll be working weekends and late nights constantly. The constant delays in processing payouts reflect a serious lack of respect for former employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Company values are merely lip service; actions speak otherwise. It’s hard to stay motivated when you see how poorly management treats employees.

There’s zero effort made to acknowledge the hard work put in by the team.
Management makes decisions without consulting employees, leading to widespread dissatisfaction. There’s no training or development. You’re thrown into the deep end with no guidance, and it’s sink or swim. The constant pressure from clients and management is exhausting; I never feel like I can catch my breath. Employees are burned out and morale is at an all-time low. My attempts to switch projects were constantly ignored, leaving me feeling stuck and undervalued. The management clearly doesn’t care about employee satisfaction....Read More

It feels like I'm constantly being watched and judged. I joined with high hopes, but the lack of support and recognition crushed my enthusiasm.
If you’re a contractor, expect no job security. They’ll hire you, then replace you with freshers at the drop of a hat. It’s clear that your success depends more on how much you please your boss than on your actual skills. The annual review process is a joke. It’s more about appeasing upper management than supporting employees. The onboarding team clearly didn’t care about making a good impression. I felt completely disregarded. Expect to feel undervalued and overworked; this company is not for those who want a healthy work environment....Read More

Contractors are treated like disposable resources, not valued team members. Instead of empowering employees, management chooses to micromanage every single task. It’s infuriating.
There’s a lack of respect among colleagues, and management does nothing to address it. The so-called entertainment zone is just a façade. There’s hardly any time to enjoy it with the overwhelming workload. The office environment is incredibly negative. It feels like everyone is just waiting for someone to fail. The target pressure is crushing. I dread going to work every day because of the stress. I’ve never experienced such poor leadership. Decisions are made hastily with no regard for the team’s input....Read More

Leadership lacks experience, resulting in a chaotic work environment that values negativity over productivity. The so-called “support” from HR is nonexistent. They are more concerned about protecting management. It feels like a sink-or-swim situation with no safety net for new employees.
I’ve never felt so undervalued; my contributions were always overlooked. They throw you into the deep end without adequate preparation. You’ll be left hanging for your paycheck, and nobody will answer your calls. The pressure is constant, leading to burnout among employees. There’s no innovation here. The company is stuck in the past.

Technical training is almost nonexistent, making it hard to keep up in the industry. Many employees are disillusioned; it’s hard to stay motivated in such an environment.
The management is a disaster. They prioritize politics over productivity, and promotions are a joke. They preach about work-life balance, but it’s just empty words. There’s no support for professional development; the focus is solely on profits. HR is unresponsive and lacks transparency, only echoing the opinions of upper management without any real support for employees.

Management’s indifference to employee burnout is alarming. I had to fight for my final paycheck for weeks after quitting. It's unacceptable to have to chase down what you're owed.
You’ll often find yourself picking up the slack for poorly managed teams. The certification programs are a joke. They do nothing for personal growth or the company’s reputation. They’ll cut positions to save a few bucks, leaving everyone else scrambling for work. Talented individuals are often sidelined for those who just go along to get along.

Good WLB, salary, benefits, and company culture. Manager will listen and let you scream, but will not keep commitments made in one-on-ones. Since they lack decision-making power.
has changed in six years. Under PIP, people are being removed. An employee on PIP is considered worthless. The worst projects like TD, Pfizer, Roche, and KP have managers that act like they began the firm and don't advance salaries or promotions. Much to write but.... I can't speak for the entire , but the project I'm in isn't great. I love the work, but managersI would have really appreciated them if everything was goodyell at us, keep restrictions on where to sit in the office, whom to talk to, whom not to talk to, make rules they don't follow, micro manage, and sometimes come to office to druuuunk. They never cared about how we felt. This review is not intended to hurt anyone, but if it fits you, wear it Cinderella. You'll be overworked and not exposed to your skills, with low salary increases....Read More

For laterals, growth is slow because they have to prove themselves to get promoted. Compared to existing this company employees, your designation level will be one level down, but you may be ahead in salary. Beginning one year, laterals receive a single-digit salary increase. No job security. No work culture. No compensation benefits. No satisfaction at work place
1) how much talent is leaving? 2) why so many resources are left under supervisor and address supervisor concerns Candidates, please reconsider and read evaluations before applying. The management, especially the HR head, manager, and trainer, are terrible for not understanding and discussing. Even my project stinks.

Managers are supportive only. And rest are horrible.
A Disappointing Experience – Unethical Management & False Promises My experience with Henry Harvin has been extremely disappointing. The management is solely focused on revenue, with little to no concern for the quality of services provided to candidates. Despite charging ₹2L-₹3L for job guarantee programs, they fail to deliver on their promises, leaving students and professionals frustrated. The work culture is equally toxic. Abhishek Ratnawat (AVP) controls everything—from sales targets to leaves, LOP, and interviews—yet provides zero support to employees. There is no proper HR structure, and employees are treated with disrespect. Higher salaries are offered to new hires while experienced employees suffer with low pay and no proper increments. The company manipulates policies to serve its convenience, often changing them without notice. There is no transparency, no official documentation for designations, and no regard for employee well-being. Senior leaders like Kounal Gupta and Avinash Gupta also fail to maintain professionalism and respect towards employees. If you are considering joining Henry Harvin as an employee or enrolling as a student, I strongly advise you to think twice. The promises made are not fulfilled, and both employees and candidates end up feeling deceived....Read More

No one feels safe speaking up. The fear of retaliation is very real in this workplace. I was placed on a project with no guidance and felt completely lost. This is not a place for career growth.
The training process is insufficient, leaving new hires feeling lost and unsupported. The constant changes in management lead to confusion and a lack of direction. There’s a pervasive sense of fear among employees. No one wants to speak up about problems. The job satisfaction here is at an all-time low; many are looking to leave. No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

Senior management is out of touch with the realities faced by employees.
There’s a complete lack of transparency regarding company decisions and policies. The benefits are mediocre at best, and the pay is not worth the hours you put in. Feedback is rarely given, and when it is, it’s often vague and unhelpful. The atmosphere is filled with dread, knowing that anyone could be let go at any time.
My experience here has been nothing but frustrating. The leadership is more interested in office politics than team success. Morale is low due to ineffective management. The emphasis on pleasing supervisors over actual productivity is disheartening. You’ll find your true potential stifled. Management prioritizes profits over people. Employee morale is at an all-time low.
