The company is good overall.. It has employee friendly policies. Few things should be improved like the activities of time sheet filling and logging hours should be made simpler n less time consuming. People in development should nt be pressurized for logging each and every detail regarding their Project Task like how many hours spent in what Process. There are many processes in a development task including analysing, coding, testing, review. Overall time should be taken into picture instead of filling each one. If laptops are given instead of desktops, the work productivity will increase because sometimes just sitting continuously at one place becomes monotonous and is responsible for poor productivity.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything.
