You will find some good team mates.

Dislikes

Higher level management people are not at all good, seems like few of these people are trying to run a very tight ship. COO will come in the monthly all hands meeting and say that people are misusing the leaves, will not reimburse for things which are standard in the software development and would run a very mechanical meeting whichclearly feels like everything is written and rehearsed.
