No doubt, you will have good incentives here, but you will have to show your worth. Sales is all about good performance, so if you are a good performer than there is no one stopping you from getting a good salary growth. It is what my last 2 years of experience says…

Exciting incentives are given for the sales executives. I am one of the sales team members and I got the incentive a couple of times. It is a nice initiative and something we look forward to by performing to our fullest potential.

Dislikes

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
