Not just your fellows, but in general, the people over here are easy to approach. Therefore you can go to them if you have any ideas, doubts etc. Even the top management including the CEO is simply a message or call away. This gives a feel that you are wanted and heard. All in all a good feeling to have.

We go out for team lunch and dinner. It became difficult during the pandemic but otherwise we go quite regularly. At such events we get to know each other well. So, these things should continue in future as well.

As a developer, i appreciate the opportunities for the career growth as i have worked on various projects.

Very Bad Work life balance. No job security. They direct terminate the employees if they haven't performed according to their expectation, Even if you have worked there more than 3+ years you are not secured. No extra benefits. You will get only salary. Managers are very unprofessional. They don't know the meaning of company culture. They don't even appreciate the performers. Only work work work.

They ask anyone to leave anytime. There is no thing like job retention in the company. Director of the company has zero manners in terms of employee and boss relationship. Facilities are not provided by company. You have to get your own phone for the company number to be issued and proper sources are not provided for the job to be done. They follow zero respect culture.
