As a developer, i appreciate the opportunities for the career growth as i have worked on various projects.

Dislikes

Very Bad Work life balance. No job security. They direct terminate the employees if they haven't performed according to their expectation, Even if you have worked there more than 3+ years you are not secured. No extra benefits. You will get only salary. Managers are very unprofessional. They don't know the meaning of company culture. They don't even appreciate the performers. Only work work work.

They ask anyone to leave anytime. There is no thing like job retention in the company. Director of the company has zero manners in terms of employee and boss relationship. Facilities are not provided by company. You have to get your own phone for the company number to be issued and proper sources are not provided for the job to be done. They follow zero respect culture.

- Steep Learning Curve - Small team so you can take independent decisions - Good work life balance until deadlines are needed - Great colleagues so you feel collaborative and welcome

- Anytime layoffs can happen due to profitability as concern even had laid off their founding engineers which is really sad - Some folks drive too much politics thankfully I was never part of that - Shift of priorities very fast which is expected from startups but neglecting opinions of folks before making such decisions leads to problems later - Flexibility should be given as long as your job is being done for WFH too...Read More
