Exciting incentives are given for the sales executives. I am one of the sales team members and I got the incentive a couple of times. It is a nice initiative and something we look forward to by performing to our fullest potential.

As a developer, i appreciate the opportunities for the career growth as i have worked on various projects.

Very Bad Work life balance. No job security. They direct terminate the employees if they haven't performed according to their expectation, Even if you have worked there more than 3+ years you are not secured. No extra benefits. You will get only salary. Managers are very unprofessional. They don't know the meaning of company culture. They don't even appreciate the performers. Only work work work.

They ask anyone to leave anytime. There is no thing like job retention in the company. Director of the company has zero manners in terms of employee and boss relationship. Facilities are not provided by company. You have to get your own phone for the company number to be issued and proper sources are not provided for the job to be done. They follow zero respect culture.
