Overall decent, same old story of bosses trying to ruin holidays . But yes re leave policy is kind of ok. not that happy but we are WFH so it balances or else it would have been difficult.

flexible working hrs. policy is something where an employee could work as per his/her convenient time – completing the actual work hours of the company. this policy has set a huge impact on my routine life… i could manage both my personal n professional life more easily. i thank the company for bringing in such a flexible working policy….

Because of the benefits, facilities provided here, majority of the employees prefer to stay here for long. The management cares for its employees also. Undue work pressure is also not there. Salary package offered is good. On the whole a good company for sure. My recommended one.

As a developer, i appreciate the opportunities for the career growth as i have worked on various projects.

Very Bad Work life balance. No job security. They direct terminate the employees if they haven't performed according to their expectation, Even if you have worked there more than 3+ years you are not secured. No extra benefits. You will get only salary. Managers are very unprofessional. They don't know the meaning of company culture. They don't even appreciate the performers. Only work work work.

They ask anyone to leave anytime. There is no thing like job retention in the company. Director of the company has zero manners in terms of employee and boss relationship. Facilities are not provided by company. You have to get your own phone for the company number to be issued and proper sources are not provided for the job to be done. They follow zero respect culture.
