It’s my first Job in Bangalore. They offer me excellent environment and most importantly the management team is really good . Always they reach you for helping. Especially team leader and AM are really good person.

I was working for a process called "NOW TV" team leader was not that transparent No growth in that particular process Cafeteria was not hygienic and food was not good No free transportation No work from home even if many people tested positive for covid We will be targeted if we rise voice regarding our concerns No relieving letter and Final settlement will be given even after 60 of leaving but they initially comit they will give experience letter within 30 to 54 days Promised incentives would be 0 to 4k but I've never seen anyone getting more than 2k Salary hike also very less every year as i mentioned if you rise voice you'll get less ratings Totally very unsatisfied about the particular process...Read More
