Always pays on time. The site manager, Jayanthi Chauhan at BPA has always been very responsive to my requests. i.e. vacation and pay increase requests

I was working under Mr.Mahesh my reporting manager in India. Great place to work. Best US IT companies I worked. On time payments and bonus. They take care of employees well. Cab, food and snacks.

Dislikes

Nothing I worked 4 years. I dint see anything.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
