Horrible expereince, thry will give you so much work that you will not be able to complete it in your working hours, and then next day in the morning meeting they will ask you why have not you completed. And they keep supervising you like a spy. No work-life balance, you will work for hours even after your shift is over. No perks. Only trainers are good. TL and managers think that we are punchingbags, they will suddenly take meetings and ask about your performance which was of 4-5 months ago. There is so much to tell. Very pathetic experience. no job security at all. no new ideas are welcomed. nothing to learn new things. You will be targeted if you share or even if you try something for the benefit of company. joining this will be a regret forever.
