Terrible work culture!! toothless senior management at FAI !! 90% of senior management working there from more than a decade and behave as if org is there own property, they dont have skill set and ability to manage their US counterparts and simply transfer the blame on new comers and subordinates

Nothing, you will not learn anything new there.. systems and processes are very old.

All employees in FAI s are very old and they started career from them and keep on recruiting new engineer manager and if something new bringing there , these people feel uncomfortable and complain with HR . Director s and VP will not support you if any complaint s on you. Director s will pressurise you to get things done from your subordinate at same time.if subordinate complaint on work pressure with HR, you will not get any support from them. It will leed to end up with termination. Never join this company at all....Read More
