No work-life balance. Pathetic environment. Saturday off's are given only to the international team. Partiality at it's peak. Domestic team is always burdened with work load and due dates but all the facilities are provided only to the international team. Pathetic management. You will definitely risk your mental health if you join in to the Domestic team.
