About work life balance they don't deserve a single star rating, They don't care about the employee family and their unavoidable problems. Though you gave 100% output still you have to submit weekly work report without fail on weekend If you haven't maintained IN time average for the month, your leave will be deducted where if you worked more than 9 hrs there is no credit. For comp off you have to work on public holidays or more than 11 hrs for 3 days in line.
