Job security until you close eyes and ears and follow what has been told to you by Management or in the name of management by your immediate department head. They will make you do all incorrect things in name of giving you a job. Senior Line Managers have never worked in other companies before and consider themselves as best in the industry . They butter the management and blame juniors for mistakes made in their tasks. The owners interfere in each and every task done by juniors and make their life hell. Many people who worked to build up this company have been backstabbed by management and thrown aside when job was over. I worked for just 8 months in this company and I regret about my decision because that time i was very needy. The work hours are not flexible, and the leave policy is quite strict, which makes it challenging for employees to take leaves as per their personal needs. Moreover, the lack of Saturdays off is very bad. Additionally, increasing investment in employee welfare initiatives and modernizing certain operational tools would further boost productivity and employee satisfaction.
