The company has a lot of solution and services in their portfolio which are like need of the hour

Their interview process is very old. The way top management is evaluating the candidate is totally not correct. Though the company has all the latest technology products/ services in their portfolio the company's internal system/ process needs a huge revamp to meet the current standards. The task that they give during the interviewdoesn't make any sense and I am worried that how will they be able to hire a talented candidate with such poor tasks. Also, there is no clear communication between the team. In the last minute, you will get a lot of surprises because of the miscommunication.
