Cheats PF money, Not given Salary, Without salary people have to work if they could not give salary 1 or 2 months. work life balance is tough. Not happy environment. People have to work 12 -15 hours per day.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Nothing . It is my first company but worst experience ever I had in my career.I can not say I learned instead I trained to do certain tasks .

Dislikes

Saturday and Sunday you have to work . No compensatory off .I worked continuously for 48 hrs .in between I can go to my room and freshen up and come back . Both directors were very bad .They will treat you like anything.I was unable to complete my lunch most of the days because of the work pressure
