I am working in finance team. It has been 1 year for me here. Nothing to like here as far as my knowledge.

no job security, no job satisfaction, mental harassment is more, some managers are useless, no knowledge at all, still they rub their bloody policies on their subordinates and torture mentally. They take all benefits like transport, shift allowance, work from home etc. when we ask for same once in a while, they bark like mad dogs only.

The india leadership team is highly biassed , highly manipulated. Highly arrogant and self centred bunch. They manipulate the data and showcase a rosy picture to the board and thrive. They promote and encourage only their selection of people. Extremely bad management.

No appraisal, no promotion as putting 100 percent, moving HR to PMO. Then asking your performance is not ok. Putting on PIP. Israel team is worst

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.
