All members are good. There policy also great. There ambition was clear.

Dislikes

Some manager’s behaviour was very brutal. They have no working culture. But, Director and Head of the department were good innovative mind and also with good planning for the project.

There’s nothing to like about Finar/Actylis. The bosses are ill mannered and disrespectful towards their subordinates. The management and HR are not trustworthy or helpful with regards to the concerns raised by employees.

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic. Management is biased and doesn’t care for the well-being of their employees. Not a safe place for women employees.
