Job security is for sure. Good scope for functional learning in terms of banking domain. Supportive teammates. You can get a chance to upgrade yourself in all roles as functional, technical, managerial, customer interaction point of view.

Dislikes

Appraisals are good but it took long period of time to reflect. Employee recognition simply get ignored by management. Technology wise self upgrade are quite slow for employee Mandatory joining bond policy for both new joiners and experience

The company has no growth opportunities and a 3 year bond for freshers is a proof of insecurity of losing employees due to same reason which is extremely unfair.
